The details
Privacy Policy
Here’s exactly what happens with the information you share with us, in as plain a voice as the law allows.
Last updated: October 2026
1The short version
We’ll treat your information the way we’d want ours treated. You tell us a bit about yourself, we share it with the organizations that can help, and you stay in charge of whether anyone contacts you. The rest of this page explains the details.
2Who we are
MedicareKindly (“we,” “us”) is a free informational and referral service run by a private company. We are not an insurance company, agent or broker, and we are not connected with any government agency or the federal Medicare program.
3What we collect
When you use the form on this site we may collect your name, ZIP code, phone number, email address, date of birth or age range, and the answers you give about the kind of coverage you’re looking for. We do not ask for your Social Security number, Medicare number or payment information on this site.
Automatically, we may also receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit.
4How we use it
We use your information to run this site, to understand which pages are helpful, to prevent fraud and abuse, to respond to you, and to connect you with partner organizations whose licensed agents can discuss Medicare plan options.
5Who we share it with
If you submit the form, we share what you provide with one or more independent partner organizations, insurance agencies and licensed agents, and with service providers that help us operate (hosting, analytics, lead delivery and compliance tools). Our current partners are listed on our partners page, and that list can change.
Once a partner receives your information, its own privacy practices also apply. We do not sell your information for money outside the referral relationships described here, and we do not knowingly sell personal information of people under 16.
6Your consent to be contacted
By submitting the form you agree that the partners above, and their licensed agents, may contact you by telephone, text message (SMS) or email at the number and address you provided, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and texts, about Medicare plans and related products. This applies even if your number is on a state or national Do Not Call registry. Your consent is not a condition of using this site or of buying any product. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to end texts.
You can withdraw consent at any time by telling the person who contacts you, replying STOP, or emailing us at the address below.
7Cookies and similar tools
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember simple preferences on your device, such as which checklist items you ticked, and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then work less smoothly. We honor browser signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by law.
8Your California and other state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be treated unfairly for using these rights. To make a request, email privacy@medicarekindly.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and an authorized agent may submit a request for you.
9How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as it’s needed for the purposes above, to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations (including records of consent), and to resolve disputes. After that we delete or de-identify it.
10How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise absolute security.
11Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, let us know and we’ll delete it.
12Links to other sites
We may link to other websites, including Medicare.gov. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their privacy practices.
13Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated policy.
